AlloDerm® Regenerative Tissue Matrix packaging
Each package of AlloDerm® Regenerative Tissue Matrix contains one piece of freeze-dried acellular human tissue.
Packaging consists of a sealed foil bag that contains AlloDerm® Tissue Matrix enclosed in an inner peel-pouch.
Please note, the inner pouch is not sterile.
Attached to each package of AlloDerm® Tissue Matrix are the "Instructions for Use," Tissue Transplant Return Record, and other labels with additional descriptive information.
AlloDerm® Regenerative Tissue Matrix shipping
All orders placed by 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Thursday, will ship the same day for next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. A $20.00 shipping and handling fee is added to all orders. Our standard shipping service is FedEx Priority Overnight delivery. Additional delivery charges will be incurred for emergency orders. LifeCell offers Friday shipments, at a shipping fee of $45.00, to customers capable of receiving Saturday deliveries.
Due to variability of shipping and storage conditions, LifeCell does not accept returns. |
